Item Description

For Sale: 1998 TCM Forklift Model FD40 - 6 Cylinder Diesel

This forklift features a 6-cylinder diesel engine and runs well; however, the cylinders are currently non-functional and will require new cylinders to be built. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical expertise to restore a reliable forklift.

Please note: These items are being sold as-is with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. The winning bidder will be responsible for all costs, including title transfer fees. We highly recommend a physical inspection prior to bidding. The Town of Farmville makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of photos, descriptions, or operating hours. Delivery is not available; the buyer must arrange for pickup or transport.

Once the items are paid for and removed from Town of Farmville property, the Town assumes no liability or responsibility for their operation or condition.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
