- Payment in full must be made within 5 business days from the time and date of the Notice of Award or the County reserves the right to relist the item or award to the second highest bidder.
- Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with transfer of title. Title transfer will be coordinated with Sherman's Messenger Service and Cumberland County Commissioner's Office.
- The successful bidder shall remove the item(s) by Wednesday May 13th at noon if title transfer has been completed.

- The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof.

Per the pick-up instructions, we have very specific times for title transfer because there are specific county employees that have the ability to sign the title. Our Title Service has all the information needed to assist in title transfers.
