- Payment in full must be made within 5 business days from the time and date of the Notice of Award or the County reserves the right to relist the item or award to the second highest bidder.
- Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with transfer of title. Title transfer will be coordinated with Sherman's Messenger Service and Cumberland County Commissioner's Office.
- The successful bidder shall remove the item(s) by Wednesday May 13th at noon if title transfer has been completed.

- The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof.

Title is clean, no accidents, plow is included. Battery is dead, issue with alternator, inspection is not current and tags have been removed, so new tags would need to be part of the title transfer costs at the Messenger service. Truck is sold "as is". Vehicle service history is attached in listing.
