Payment must be in the form of cash or certified check made payable to the Town of Westhampton. Personal checks will not be accepted. Upon notification of award, payment in full by the successful bidder must be received by the Town of Westhampton within ten (10) business days or the bid will be forfeited and the next highest bidder may be offered the bid award. Payment shall be delivered to the following address: Town of Westhampton, 1 South Road, Westhampton, MA 01027. Questions regarding payment should be directed to Doug at 413-203-3086 during normal business hours, M-F, 8 AM to 2 PM. The successful bidder shall make arrangements one day in advance to have the item picked up within ten (10) business days after award notification unless alternate arrangements are approved by the Town.

A:	While the unit is 40 years old, and has the expected wear, tear, and signs of age, it is fully functional, fully mobile, and road-worthy. The grader was registered and in use until early this Spring, when the Town removed it from service. -Answered on 04/30/2026 08:05 AM
