Item Description

1996 JCB 214 Backhoe 4x4. Manuel 4 speed transmission. Quick detach 1.75 cubic yard loader bucket. Rear side shift backhoe with 24 inch bucket. Has normal amount of rust for its age. Has some minor hydraulic leaks. Currently has 6505 hrs.

Pennsbury Township as seller disclaims any warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied as to the merchantability of fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Backhoe is being sold on "as is where is" basis. Bidders must be 18 years old and legally able to form binding contracts as buyers. Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between Buyer and Seller. Payment in full by bank check is due no later than seven (7) calendar days from time and date of the Notice of Award or the Township reserves the right to relist the item or award it to the second highest bidder. This item is schedule to be awarded at the Board of Supervisors meeting May 20, 2026; however, the Board reserves the right to reject any & all bids received.
