One wheel will need bearings replaced (please see picture). This item will need to be hauled away on a trailer in its current condition. It is being sold "as-is" with no warranties expressed or given.
Seller's Terms & Conditions
Buyer is responsible for picking up and transportation of item, no deliveries. Pick up can be scheduled between the hours of 8am - 2pm at City of Meadville Public Works garage. Pickup must be scheduled within two weeks by winning bidder after the auction end date or item will be relisted and sale will be voided.

It's an old piece of equipment that has been sitting in the yard for a while. We looked through our records but couldn't find any paperwork for it. We will do a bill of sale and we have our own notary at city hall and can have the bill of sale notarized at no cost to the winning bidder. We will need to schedule the pick-up accordingly so we can do the paperwork together. The utility trailer is under 3klbs and has the S/N sticker on the frame. The trailer weighs 1500lbs.

Not a homemade trailer. Has a manufacturer tag on front near the tongue with serial number.

Not that we know of. We don't have any paperwork on it. Can only provide the Bill of Sale to the new buyer.
