The winning bidder shall be notified after the close of the auction. The winning bidder agrees to pay for item(s) by cash, money order, or certified bank check payable to the Town of Burlington. Winning bidder shall mail check to Town of Burlington, Accounting Office at 29 Center St. Burlington, MA before receiving good(s). Once the successful bidder has taken possession of the items, the transaction shall be recorded in the form of a written receipt for the payment and the purchaser shall sign a written acknowledgment of receipt of the item. The Town Administrator will be responsible for signing any Bill of Sale or Registry Title prior to a successful bidder taking possession of the respective item after confirmation of payment. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any bid if that is in the best interests of the Town.

Item Description

2008 Trackless MT6 with 8974 miles and 2174 hours. This machine was in an accident and was flipped on its side. Heavy damage to the Left side. Machine does run and drive with some rot and rust. Machine is in tough shape would be good for a parts machine. No attachments will be sold with machine. Please look at all the pictures to see the damage. Must be picked up within one week of bid closing.
