Item is sold as is. No warranties are expressed or implied. Winning bidder is responsible for all loading, towing, and transportation. No shipping is offered. Pickup Only. Item must be picked up within two (2) weeks of the Auction Closing. If the item is not picked up within this time, it may be offered to the next highest bidder. Pickup is available Monday through Thursday from 8a.m. to 3p.m. at St. James Parish Sheriff Office Fleet Operations. Exact location will be provided to the winning bidder. No refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.
