Comments: Walk in freezer and walk in cooler in this auction are being sold together. Freezer and cooler have not been operated in 10+ years (both were previously working). Ran for less than a year. Condenser and Evaporator are 208-230 VAC, 3 phase. Winning bidder is responsible for demolition / removal of existing walk in cooler/freezer including removal of physical cooler/freezer structure, removal of refrigeration equipment (condenser, evaporator), lighting, doors and paneling. Winning bidder to provide necessary labor and equipment to remove these units. Equipment is being SOLD AS-IS – NO WARRANTY.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
