Seller's Terms & Conditions

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Items are sold as is, where is for the buyer to pick up. There will be no warranties on any items in the auction lots. The buyer is responsible for collecting items between the hours of 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM on June 17th, 2026. Items that are not collected by the buyer between the hours of 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM on June 17th, 2026, will remain on the premises and revert back to the possession of The Town of East Longmeadow with no refund. The Town of East Longmeadow will not be responsible for providing tools, equipment, or labor to aid in removal. Final details about item pick-up will be coordinated with the buyer. Note that exact item models, conditions, and quantities may vary within the auction lots. There will be no inspections. The Town of East Longmeadow reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
