The Winning Bidder must complete the Bill of Sale process through Needham Town Hall and make payment by certified check or other approved means prior to pick up of the auctioned vehicle. Note: The auctioned unit must be removed from Town property within (14) fourteen days of the auctions close. Removal of the auctioned unit must be completed by the buyer or their designee without any assistance from the Town beyond their providing access to the purchased asset. It is All Wheel Drive which is a standard feature of the Police Interceptor Utility. Municibid auto-fills the vehicle details based on the VIN number, which is where the 4WD reference came from.
