Item Description

For Sale: 2006 Case 580 Super M Series 2 backhoe loader with 2,751 hours. The machine is operational and was used in municipal service. Unit is being sold as-is and is in fair condition. A known hydraulic leak is present. Inspection is encouraged.”

Seller's Terms & Conditions

The successful bidder shall remit payment by cash, certified check, or money order payable to Leet Township. Full payment must be received before or at the time of equipment removal. The successful bidder is responsible for removing the equipment within ten (10) business days following the award of the bid, unless alternative arrangements have been approved in advance by the Township. The purchaser shall be solely responsible for all costs associated with the transfer, loading, transportation, and removal of the vehicle and/or equipment, including any applicable taxes, title fees, registration fees, or other related expenses. The Leet Township Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process if deemed to be in the best interest of the Township. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all vehicles and equipment are sold strictly “AS IS, WHERE IS,” with no warranties or guarantees of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, condition, or non-infringement.
