1999 3D American LaFrance Freightliner Fire Truck
Equipped with a 525-gallon water tank, 60 gallons of Foam A, and 30 gallons of Foam B for effective firefighting capabilities.
Powered by a Darley 1500 GPM compressed air foam pump and a reliable Cummins generator to support operations.

Known Issues:
- Engine stalls when engaged in pump mode.
- Air compressor for foam system requires replacement.
- Rear warning rotating light is non-functional.
- Pump has not been tested and may need inspection.

Seller’s Terms & Conditions – Fire Truck Sale This vehicle is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, as to condition, operability, fitness for a particular purpose, mileage, or completeness. Pickup only; no shipping will be provided by the Borough. Buyer must pay in the manner stated in the listing and complete pickup by appointment only within 10 business days after auction close and payment confirmation. Buyer must present a valid government-issued photo ID and a paid invoice/receipt at pickup. Buyer is solely responsible for all loading, towing, hauling, permits, insurance, and transportation arrangements. No Borough staff, equipment, or loading assistance will be provided unless expressly stated in the listing. Inspection, is by appointment only at 845 Lincoln Ave Springdale, Pa 15144 between 8:00am and 11:00 am, by contacting [Fire Chief Daniel Copeland @ 724-882-5617]. If the vehicle is titled, transfer of the Pennsylvania title must be completed through an authorized PennDOT agent, tag service, or motor vehicle dealer, and the purchaser is responsible for all title, registration, taxes, fees, insurance, and inspection requirements. The Borough’s registration plate will be removed and will not be transferred to the purchaser. Any decals, identification markings, radios, tools, loose equipment, or emergency-related equipment not specifically described in the listing are excluded from the sale and may be removed by the Borough before pickup. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that transport and any future road use comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Items not removed by the deadline may be subject to storage fees of [$150.00] per day unless other arrangements are approved in writing by the Borough. Failure to pay or remove the vehicle within the stated time may result in cancellation of the sale, forfeiture of any funds paid, and resale of the vehicle by the Borough, consistent with the listing terms.
