Large lot of surplus commercial electrical and lighting equipment. Includes Square D/Schneider Electric panelboard with breakers, recessed troffer light fixtures, architectural wall sconces, and miscellaneous electrical components. Condition unknown. Sold as one lot, as-is, where-is. Buyer responsible for inspection and removal. SOLD AS IS CONDITION UNKNOWN

Item is sold as is. Tractor runs and drives. No warranties are expressed or implied. Winning bidder is responsible for all loading, towing, and transportation. No shipping is offered. Pickup only. Item must be picked up within two weeks of the auction closing. If the item is not picked up within this time, it may be offered to the next highest bidder. Pickup is available Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at a St. James Parish facility. Exact location will be provided to the winning bidder. No refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
