The winning bidder will be responsible for picking up the equipment. The equipment will be sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" without any warranties either expressed or implied. All potential bidders are strongly encouraged to thoroughly examine the equipment prior to bidding. Please call 570-506-3034 to schedule an appointment. Montoursville Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
