Item Description

The Town of Wellfleet is accepting bids for the sale of a surplus 2006 Ford E-Series E-350 SD XLT passenger van.

The vehicle was previously used by the Town's Recreation Department to transport participants to local programs, field trips, museums, and other recreational activities. The vehicle is being sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties expressed or implied.

The vehicle is in poor condition and would require substantial repairs including a new transmission to be returned to roadworthy status. Prospective bidders should assume that the vehicle is suitable primarily for parts, salvage, or repair projects.

Interested parties are encouraged to inspect the vehicle prior to submitting a bid. Vehicle inspections are available by appointment only. To schedule an inspection, please contact the Town Recreation Director at (508) 340-0314.
