Double Wide Portable Office Building - Surplus Auction

Up for auction is a double wide portable office building. Please note, it will require repairs to the roof and flooring along the center seam where the two sides join.

The winning bidder will need to provide their own wheels; however, the axles and hitches remain attached. Included with the sale is one set of aluminum steps. The condition of any mechanical, electrical, or plumbing fixtures is unknown.

This sale is being made by bill of sale only.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
