2005 Ford Bucket Van E350

Description: You are bidding on a used 2004 Ford Bucket Truck F-450. Please note that the vehicle is currently not starting, even with a jump start. Additional repairs may be required, some of which may not be immediately detectable. The van exhibits signs of rust and body damage throughout. It has been replaced with a new vehicle due to its age and overall condition. The mileage is 39,288. The operational status of the bucket is unknown.

Important Note: It is strictly prohibited to perform any service, repair, or troubleshooting on CTA property. The vehicle must be towed off the property. Violators will be asked to leave and barred from further CTA auctions without exceptions.

Inspection: Face covering is required for viewing by appointment only. The responsibility to determine the condition of the vehicle rests with the bidder. Title Information: The title will be issued at least 30 days from the vehicle removal date to the registered bidder/business name only. Buyers are responsible for filing all title and registration documents with their local vehicle registration authority. The purchaser is also responsible for paying all appropriate taxes.

Removal: The purchaser is responsible for the removal from the listed location and must be towed by a properly licensed towing service. Pickup is by appointment only, with a 24-hour advance notice required. The CTA will not provide any assistance other than ensuring that the vehicle is accessible prior to towing, with no exceptions.

Location: Chicago Transit Authority, 1345 West 103rd St. Chicago, IL. 60643. Operating hours are Monday through Friday, 9-11am & 12-3pm CST, closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Please provide 24 hours' notice.

Third-Party Pickup: Before the property can be released, the winning buyer must send an email from the winning buyer's email address used for the auction, identifying the representative authorized to pick up the paid item on their behalf. The authorized representative will need to bring the Notice of Award, Paid Receipt, bill of lading (for transport or shipping company), and their picture identification, such as a Driver's License.
