Buyer must have copy of the sale and a photo ID as well as payment on the day of picking up the item(s). A time to pick up items must be scheduled during normal office hours by July 30, 2026. Any items not picked up by that date will be disposed of and no refund will be given. Buyers are responsible for dissembling and moving all items.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
