Payment: any winning buyer residing outside of Venango County PA must provide either cash (in-person), or cashier’s check (certified funds) for payment of the winning bid made payable to: County of Venango. Title: If you are a PA resident, sales tax at 6% of the winning bid price is due along with a PA title fee and notary and doc fees. New registration is also available at an additional charge. Sales tax and fees are due and payable to the notary at the time of signing for the vehicle. the feel and drive feel "gutless like it is losing power.
rattles and shakes and does not sound good.
brakes are bad.
Rust on frame. not bad.
when driving the struts do not feel right.
it is drivable but it does not run well and it is out of inspection.
