2017 Freightliner M2 Business Class chassis, 28,450 miles, 3,972 engine hours, Cummins ISB 6.7 L diesel, Allison 3500 RDS Automatic transmission with 2-speed rear-end, front tires are 8/32, drive tires were replaced March 2025. Truck is equipped with an Elgin Whirlwind MV-4100 Tier 4F street sweeper with a 74 hp John Deere 4045TFL03 power unit, serial #PE4045U036277 with 2,654 hours, 8 yard hopper with Lifeliner hopper coating, wandering hose suction on rear, rear on-board wash down system, dual Federal Signal warning light system with programmable alley lights, added LED work lights. Vehicle was fully serviced March 2026, new rear springs March 2026, new center broom housing and pivot assembly, broom hydro motor replaced September 2025, operator, safety and parts manuals included.

The truck runs and drives, but does have a fuel leak by the rear tank, small leak in the hydraulic tank and impeller imbalance/worn hoursing. VIN #1FVACXDT7HHHT7743

The truck is inspected until 2/27. Truck is being sold as is, where is, condition.

Seller's Terms & Conditions

Bids will be accepted until August 3, 2026, at 9 AM. Payment from the successful bidder must be received by the City of Franklin within five (5) days of the awarding of the bid. Payment must be made by cash, check or money order, made payable to the City of Franklin. The successful bidder must pick up the item within fifteen (15) days of awarding the bid. The City of Franklin reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason. The results will be voted on by the City of Franklin Council at their August 3, 2026 meeting.
