Items not removed within 15 days will be subject to a $35.00 per day storage charge in addition to the cost paid for said vehicle or item purchased. Item Description

For sale is a small paper shredder. Works well just not large enough for our needs.

Please be aware that this item is being sold as-is, with no warranties or guarantees either expressed or implied. The winning bidder will be responsible for all associated costs. We strongly recommend a physical inspection prior to bidding to ensure satisfaction.

The Town of Farmville makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of the photos or description. Delivery is not available, so the buyer must arrange for pickup or transport of the item.

Once the item is paid for and removed from Town of Farmville property, we assume no liability or responsibility for its operation or condition.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
