Item Description

2012 International 7400 Dump truck with plow mount assembly to include. GWT 41,000 18,000 Front 23,000 Rear. Cracked exhaust manifold, Hard starting.

2012 International 7400 is sold "as-is" and "where-is." No warranties are expressed or implied. Purchaser is responsible for all transfer and transportation costs and sales tax (8%) if applicable. Winning Bid is pending approval at the next Town Board meeting , August 25, 2026. All bids are subject of approval by the Town Board and may be rejected. Truck will be available after board approval.

Truck is not currently being used in normal everyday business.

Seller's Terms & Conditions

Bids must be received by 10:00 AM on Monday, August 24, 2026. The successful bid will be presented for award by the Town of Westport Town Board at its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 3:00 PM. Payment to Town of Westport in the full amount of the successful bid, in the form of cash or a certified bank check, must be made within ten (5) days after the successful bidder is notified of the award. The successful bidder must remove the item from the Town of Westport DPW grounds within ten (10) days of the award of the bid and after payment has been made in full. The Town of Westport reserves the right to reject any or all bids. This item is being sold "AS IS, WHERE IS," with no warranties or guarantees, express or implied. The purchaser assumes all risks and liabilities associated with the item upon transfer of ownership. The successful bidder is responsible for all costs associated with transferring title and registering the vehicle, if applicable.
