Item Description

Lot 1/Orange Tagged: This lot contains 10 bicycles; they are in various conditions. Repairs may be needed; some have rust, flat tires, broken and/or missing parts*. All bicycles included in the pictures are sold as-is, where-is. These bicycles have not been tested, and their working condition is unknown. All bicycles were recovered by the police as abandoned or seized. See pictures for condition of the bicycles; pictures of items may not reflect all damages or defects.

All property is offered for sale "AS IS, WHERE IS." (Seller) makes no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final. Working conditions unknown. Will not ship.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
