Successful bidder may retrieve this vehicle on or after Monday, August 12th, 2026 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. at 108 Main Street, Hickory, PA 15340. Payment required at time of retrieval and payment must be made by certified check or money order. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

Item Description

For sale is a model year 2016 Ford Explorer Police Interceptor. The vehicle was a marked patrol unit that has been rotated out of service. The vehicle does run and move under its own power. Vehicle shows heavy signs of wear with many dings and scratches.

Check engine light on - Reference above issue AND/OR catalytic converter may be bad.
Many dings and scratches associated with Police use and a vehicle of this age
There may be some missing components both interior and exterior.
We do service our vehicles as needed. Oil changes every 5,000 miles.
Absent the check engine light and transmission slipping the vehicle runs well. Timing chain/water pump was replaced around 80,000 miles.

Payment and Title Transfer need to be done on the same day and before vehicle can be picked up. Buyer is responsible for Title Transfer Fees or any other fees associated with purchase and/or removal. We are available to do the Title Transfer Monday - Friday 8:30a-2p. Once the Payment and Title Transfer are complete the Vehicle can be picked up Monday - Friday 8a-4p.
