District Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason or no reason including insufficiency of the bid price, and also reserves the right to waive any errors or irregularities in the bid documents at the sole discretion of the Township. The purchase price must be paid in full within five business days of date of award. Pickup must occur within 10 calendar days of acceptance of bid, payment by certified check ONLY payable to District Township.
