Item Description
You are bidding on a used 2005 Ford Cargo Van E350. Vehicle has some body damage and rust throughout. Needs the following repairs: engine rear main seal, intake manifold and gaskets, front and rear brake pads and rotors, driver seatbelt, and trailer hitch harness rewire. Unit may also need other repairs that are not immediately detectable. Last known mileage 83,995.

VEHICLE TITLE
The title will be issued within (30) days from the vehicle removal date to the registered bidder/business name only. Please register in the name and address that you wish to appear on this document. Refer to the auction terms & conditions for additional details.
Buyers are responsible for filing all title and registration documents with their local vehicle registration authority.
The Purchaser is responsible for paying all appropriate taxes.
REMOVAL: The Purchaser is responsible for the removal from the listed location and shall be towed by a properly licensed towing service. PICKUP IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY (24) HOUR ADVANCE NOTICE REQUIRED. The CTA will not provide any assistance other than ensuring that the vehicle is accessible prior to towing. NO EXCEPTIONS.

For 3rd Party Pickup: Before property will be released, the winning buyer will be required to send an e-mail (from the winning buyer's e-mail address used for the auction), identifying the representative authorized to pick-up paid item on their behalf. The authorized representative will need to bring the Notice of Award, Paid Receipt (photo copies are acceptable), bill of lading (for transport or shipping company), and their picture identification (such as a Driver License).

Hello, Gene. At this time, the invoice for your purchase has not been generated and we cannot verify payment. We cannot schedule anything until we have an invoice that is mark paid. Additionally, we cannot release the vehicle until we have the required disclosure form (attached to this listing) completed and returned. Once we have the disclosure form from you and Municibid has confirmed the payment, someone will reach out to you to coordinate the pickup. We are unsure if the vehicle runs; however, vehicle cannot be driven off the lot. It must be towed off. Please reach out to the contacts listed via email or phone to discuss. You can message through Municibid as well. Otherwise, we will be in touch with pickup information following receipt of disclosure and proof of payment through Municibid. Thank you.

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
