Important Auction Information:
The inspection of the auctioned items will take place on Thursday, June 18, 2026 from 9am to 12pm. This will be the only opportunity to inspect the listed items up for auction. All items will be auctioned in "as-is" condition, and no refunds or exchanges will be permitted. All sales are final. Please note that the seller will not provide a jump box, so the winning bidder must bring their own jump box. Titles and Bill of Sale for Government Surplus Motor Vehicles and Scrap Items must be collected first before the auctioned items can be released. The Bill of Sale and Title must be signed during pick-up at the Essex County Office of Purchasing located at 465 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Newark, New Jersey 07102. Vehicles must be picked up within five (5) business days from the payment date. Pick-up of Titles and Bill of Sale is by APPOINTMENT ONLY.
