Item Description
Selling a 2008 Ford F-250 Superduty truck with lift gate and plow. This vehicle was utilized by public works and is in very good condition. Engine is strong and ready to push snow! This vehicle is being sold "AS IS" no warranties expressed or implied: with respect to any of the said articles and no refunds of any kind shall be made. This well maintained public works truck comes with all maitenance records and is currently inspected. The mechanic certifies that their is no known mechanical issues. The winning bid is subject to final approval by Borough of Tullytown Council at it's March 3, 2020 town meeting. Borough of Tullytown Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Winning bidder is then subject to finalize and purchase pick the vehicle up within 10 days of final approval. Payment by cashiers check made out to Tullytown Borough. - Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
