Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between Buyer and Seller. Payment in full is due not later than ten (10) calendar days from the time and date of the Notice of Award or the Township reserves the right to relist the item or award it to the second highest bidder. The successful bidder shall make payment to Allen Township in the form of a cashier’s check or certified check made payable to Allen Township, 4714 Indian Trail Road, Northampton, PA 18067. Successful bidder shall remove the item(s) within ten (10) calendar days following receipt of payment. Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline. Buyer has sole responsibility of picking up truck. Delivery is not available. Township not responsible for truck once it has left township property.
Truck can be picked up at the Allen Township Municipal Building located at 4714 Indian Trail Road, Northampton, PA 18067.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
