The winning bidder of this equipment is completely responsible for paying shipping costs, loading and transportation. Successful bidder is required to sign a Hold Harmless agreement (attached) prior to taking possession.
Please investigate shipping cost before placing bid! The USPS is able to ship items, but shipping cost are not included in the auction. The Successful bidder can go to USPS.com, Click and Ship to pay for shipping costs. Seller will box the items to be shipped, seal the box, and apply the prepaid label to outside of the box. Every effort will be made to package the item in a safe, secure manner. Buyer will provide their own shipping insurance and will not hold the Seller liable for any damage incurred during shipping. Buyer also can select their own carrier, negotiate rates, shipping terms and remit payment directly to the carrier/shipper of their choice.
Buyer will be responsible for handling any damage claims with the carrier/shipper of their own selection, the seller will assume no responsibility or liability for any damage or subsequent arbitration. If a statement of condition at the time of shipping or any witnessed damage by the shipper is needed, it may be requested in writing, but the Seller holds the right to decline any such requests as they deem fit. Seller will not be liable for any associated damages to the Buyer, including, but not limited to, any loss, delay or damage to goods caused by the shipping process, as the Buyer is responsible for all such actions.
Inspection Instructions
Note: The bidder is encouraged to inspect and determine the condition of property prior to bidding. Items are housed in a secured facility and may require security escort for inspection. Inspections are by appointment only!
Removal Instructions
ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLERS LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.
Under no circumstances will the USPS assume responsibility for loading or shipping.

The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages – special, direct, indirect, or consequential.
Description Warranty:
Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for incorrect description must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and a refund will be issued. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final. Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times indicated in the item description.
