"There is a piece of plastic under the crane in the picture Is there oil or something leaking ?" - Asked by #563750 01/20/2021 04:11 PM |
A: |
Thanks for asking. We received a note that there is/was an oil leak under the unit. We do NOT know the type of oil, the exact location or the extent of the leak. This machine is being sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS and we invite and encourage all bidders to make an appointment to view and inspect this item in person prior to bidding. Thanks Again.
UPDATE 2/9/21 A previously mentioned oil leak was identified as hydraulic in nature related to a connection to the turret motor. An in-house repair was performed and no new leaks have been observed.

Thanks. We are quite sure at this point. We have uploaded TWO images to the listing regarding this question. One photo shows the interior of the engine bay, and another photo shows the Engine Reman tag indicating Make, Model, Size and 1990 Reman Year for the installed engine.
