Payment Details
The Winning Bidder must complete the Bill of Sale process through Needham Town Hall and make payment by certified check or other approved means prior to pick up of the auctioned vehicle. Note: The auctioned unit must be removed from Town property within (14) fourteen days of the auctions close. Removal of the auctioned unit must be completed by the buyer or their designee without any assistance from the Town beyond their providing access to the purchased asset. Item Description
For sale is one (1) 2008 Prinoth SW4S Sidewalk tractor with 1200 hours and equipped with: angle snow plow, V snow plow, snow blower and salt spreader. Unit starts, drives and functioned when removed from service last winter. The snow blower will require repair to the auger and bearing to function properly and reliably. The engine compartment and components have extensive corrosion as shown in pics. Interior is in good condition. The battery will likely need to be replaced from sitting.
