Item Description

This listing contains everything needed for a full bagging operation. Bagging setup claims 180 bags per hour capability with 2-3 people. Is functional with 1 operator, but production is closer to 60-100 bags per hour.

New in 2011, this operation was utilized to bag compost and potting soil blends until those product lines were discontinued in 2019. All components are being sold as a unit and are in working order. Interested parties may request a site visit to see the unit in operation prior to being dismantled for transport. All components are being sold as is.

Included:

Bulk material loading hopper (red)
Stand alone incline conveyor (grey)
MCRS 180 bagger (bag filler, feed hopper, incline conveyor)
Horizontal conveyor
Fischbein bag sealer (still works, but is older than the rest of the set up and should be replaced within a year or two to keep up with production)
Extra bag clamps for use with smaller bags (main function was to fill 5 gallon bags, but filling of 8 qt. bags is also possible with this part)

The winning bidder will be responsible for removal and transportation of the equipment. Staff will be available to lift heavier components on trailers or into box trucks. Individual component dimensions available upon request.

Where can I see what the buyers fee is?

The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?

If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
