Bidders must be 18 years old and legally able to form bidding contracts as buyers.  Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between Buyer and Seller.  The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof.  The Township reserves the right to relist the item or award it to the second highest bidder.

Removal

The asset must be removed within 14 days of close of auction. Any asset paid for but not picked up within 14 working days will be subject to forfeiture. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including special packing, loading and transportation of the property.

Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding by appointment.

Except for the actual computer (desktop, towers, laptops, monitors) which are inventoried by quantity, the quantity of other items in the Lot are not recorded and are not readily apparent. 

This lot is being offered for sale "AS IS - WHERE IS". No guarantees or warranties. Assets may contain defects not readily apparent by visual inspection.

Payment due within 7 calendar days of auction ending. Bank check or certified money order only. Item must be picked up no more than 3 days after payment is made. AGAIN, THE VEHICLE MAY RUN AND MAY NEED TO BE JUMP STARTED AND/OR TOWED FROM THE IMPOUND YARD. PLEASE ARRIVE WITH THE NECESSARY EQUIPMENT (I.E. TOOLS, BATTERY PACK, TOW TRUCK ETC) AS PERSONNEL WILL NOT WAIT IF THE PURCHASER ARRIVES UNPREPARED. THE IMPOUND LOT WILL ALSO BE SECURED UNTIL PROPER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE TO REMOVE THE VEHICLE. THIS AGENCY HAS IN HAND THE VEHICLE'S TITLE AND KEYS FOR THE VEHICLE. THE WINNING PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE TO TITLE THE VEHICLE AND ALL FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THAT PROCESS. ALL PROPERTY IS OFFERED FOR SALE "AS IS, WHERE IS."
