Item Description
The Town of Beacon Falls has been the only owner of this tractor since approximately 2000. It was purchased new. The product identification code is LV0990G190424. It has been used primarily for public works and parks maintenance. There is transmission damage - extent is unknown. There are four-wheel drive components missing. There are approximately 1,278 hours on this machine. This equipment is being sold as-is and the Town takes no responsibility and makes no guarantees. Pick-up only - no delivery. Potential bidders are not permitted to visit the site to inspect the equipment prior to bid. Site on-scene and information provided in advertisement.
No certificate of origin/tile is available. A bill of sale will be created through this site.
The Town wants to be clear that this machine is being sold as-is either for repair or parts.

- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
