Payment can be check, money order or an acceptable form agreed upon by the Town of Mooresville. Once payment is cleared, vehicle will be released.

This 2014 Ford Interceptor has 84K.  Does have a few blemishes.  Does still have emergency light and siren with this vehicle.  

Vehicle was kept up on the maintenance and well maintained. Very dependable and ready to be put in service for a department or just that everyday driver needing a vehicle. Selling vehicle do to a new staff vehicle and this one is no longer need.

Seller's Terms & Conditions

If required by law or upon the successful bidder’s request, the successful bidder shall remove any fire identifiers including graphics, lights, or siren components. A successful bidder who requests such accessories to remain on the vehicle will agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Town of Mooresville, Indiana for any actions or damages that may result. The Town of Mooresville is selling the vehicle “as is”. Questions concerning the vehicle may be directed to Chief Pascal Arnes by email at parnes@mooresville.in.gov or by phone 317-831-5354. The Town will not provide any financing for the purchase of the vehicle. All financing must be independently secured with payment made in full to the Town of Mooresville at or before the time of sale by a payment method acceptable to the Town of Mooresville. Transfer of title to the vehicle shall be by quitclaim bill of sale, and there are no warranties of any kind. The successful bidder shall be responsible for reporting any applicable sales tax. The Town of Mooresville has the right to reject the final bid or cancel or withdraw an auction for any reason within its sole and absolute discretion.
