For sale is a 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe PPV 4X4. Vehicle has 78,904 miles on it. Unit runs and drives. Has intermittent start issue. Was at dealership and local garage. No clear diagnosis. This Tahoe served as a police vehicle and is equipped with red and blue emergency lighting and siren. This vehicle is sold as is where is with no implied warranty and all sales will be final. The Borough of Downingtown can accept or reject any and all bids. Buyer assumes responsibility of condition and pick up of vehicle. Final sale pending Borough Council approval scheduled 12-6-2023. Bid to close 12-5-2023 at 1:30 PM. Inspection by appointment only. Contact Paul at 484-880-5861. It should be noted that if the vehicle is sold to a private party all emergency equipment and lighting will be removed prior to the sale. If the private party is part of an emergency service organization, said individual shall produce a letter from the Chief or Authority Having Jurisdiction stating t5he individual has permission to purchase this vehicle with emergency equipment in place.

- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
