The winning bidder agrees to pay for and remove all items won at bid within 10 business days of the award unless other arrangements are made in advance. The sale of this item is being conducted within the rules and regulations of MA General Law Ch. 30b Rule for Award: The surplus supplies will be awarded to the responsive bidder offering the highest price for the item described in this auction. The Northshore Education Consortium reserves the right to reject any and all bids if it is determined to be in the best interest of Northshore Education Consortium to do so. A:

Has a total of 14 39'' benches with 0 spaces for wheel chairs. We put two per seat-28 students. Technically 3 per seat for smaller children-42. Two benches need to be removed to accommodate one student in a wheel chair. We have it currently configured to hold 3 wheel chairs with 8 benches (16 students-2 per seat).
