Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between bidder and GMSD. Payment in full is due no later than seven (7) calendar days from the time and date of the Notice of Award or GMSD reserves the right to relist the item or award it to the second highest bidder. The successful bidder shall make payment to Governor Mifflin School District in the form of a cashier's check or money order made payable to Governor Mifflin School District. The successful bidder shall remove the item within seven (7) calendar days following receipt of payment. Please note, upon removal of the property all sales are final. Refunds will not be given for items not picked up by the deadline. GMSD reserves the right to reject any bids received and to award to the vendor of its choice. Buyer has sole responsibility of picking up the item. Delivery is not available. GMSD is not responsible for auctioned items once they have left GMSD's property.

2004 F250 super duty 4x4, 5.4L with reading utility bed, and functional lift gate , 1500lb capacity ,have sets of keys for toolboxes and truck, truck does start and run is movable , but will need to be towed, out of inspection, has rust on frame , body and bed. all systems are functional, has trailer hitch and plow mount. low miles 48,777 original.

We have a plow and controller in truck. However the plow has a damaged wing..it will go with the truck
