This computers shall be sold as is, and there shall be no warranties, expressed or implied.
Pick-up and removal shall be the responsibility of the buyer and the vehicle shall not be released until full payment is received.
The Town of Easton reserves the right to reject any or all bids, if it deems it is in the best interest of the Town.
