Parks Facility Butler Building Complete

The Village of Rye Brook is auctioning off a prefabricated Steel Butler building in fully working and watertight condition.   Dimensions are:  30.5 feet wide, 75.4 feet long, 17 foot peak.

Building is being sold as is with all electrical, plumbing and heating components in working order.  Bidders must file for permits to remove all electrical and plumbing permits (fees waived).

Bidders will have 30 days from the date of award to remove the building complete, failure to do such will equal a fine being assessed at $1,000 per day. Bidders must provide all necessary hauling, rigging, cranes, manpower, etc. Certificates of insurance will be required with Village listed as additionally insured.

Other items in photos are not included in auction, only building structure.

ALL ITEMS SOLD AS-IS.  ITEMS MUST BE VOTED ON FOR APPROVAL AT THE VILLAGE BOARD MEETING ON JULY 10, 2018.   ITEMS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK-UP ON JULY 11, 2018.   PAYMENT MUST BE MADE BY CERTIFIED BANK CHECK.   PAYMENT MUST BE MADE AT THE VILLAGE OF RYE BROOK TOWN HALL LOCATED AT 938 KING STREET, RYE BROOK NY 10573.   LOCATION OF ITEMS WILL BE AT 511 WEST WILLIAM STREET, RYE BROOK NY 10573.
