Item may be inspected by appointment Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 3:30 pm at the Portsmouth Water and Fire District located at 1944 East Main Rd, Portsmouth, RI. Winning bidders will be notified immediately upon the completion of the auction, and the computer system must be paid for by certified check or cash within five days at the above address, between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. The system may contain unknown defects. It is highly recommended to inspect all items prior to bidding. Although the system is expected to operate well, it will be sold "as is" and all sales will be final upon completion of the auction. There shall be no warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to any of the said articles and no refunds of any kind shall be made.
