A wheeled loader with forks and an operator will be available to lift the RBC Cover(s) for loading purposes.
No Liability or Responsibility falls on the Bellefonte Borough and WWTP during the loading of the Cover(s).
Winning bidder must pick up cover(s) within ten business days after offer is accepted.
