This auction is for one NCI VR-100 Tele Caption Decoder that has become excess to the needs of the Postal Service. The winning bidder of this auction will be completely responsible for loading, transportation and supplying their own equipment, manpower and loading supplies for removal. Under no circumstances will the USPS assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.
