Approximately 155,000 Miles. An automatic transmission is operable, 2 wheel drive. Interior: Black Cloth front seat. Stock AM/FM radio, dual airbags, tilt steering, remote mirrors and power windows, steering, and seats.

The exterior is black and tire condition is used. If Public Safety personnel or department purchases the vehicle with proper Identification and letter on department letterhead, the emergency equipment will remain; otherwise, the equipment will be removed. If not a public safety personnel or department, there may be holes in the exterior from the removed emergency equipment. Will need a new Battery; vehicle sitting for 5 months - garage kept.

The 2007 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor is offered for sale by Ready Response USA, Inc. DBA Princeton Junction Emergency Services with no warranty. It is available for inspection, upon request. Item may or may not be located in the city/town as the seller; however, is located in NJ. 

Once bidding is final and closed the bid will be subject to the approval of Ready Response USA, Inc. DBA Princeton Junction Emergency Services. Ready Response USA, Inc. DBA Princeton Junction Emergency Services. reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Ready Response USA, Inc. DBA Princeton Junction Emergency Services (Seller) makes no warranty,  guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages – special, direct, indirect, or consequential.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for description must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

The accepted method of payment is Certified Check.

Buyer is responsible for removal of items. We do not provide moving assistance.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within 5 days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate/Confirmation Email.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $50.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 5 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

All pickups will be scheduled Monday to Friday during the evening hours of 7 pm - 9 pm or the weekend upon request.

* will not provide any labor assistance with removal.
* will not sign any document for shipping.
* will not recommend any shippers, freight forwarders, couriers or delivery services.
* will not be responsible for any shipping, delivery, duties, import fees, taxes or any other charges.
* will not supply any asset information required for customs.
* will not be responsible for preparing any documentation foreign or domestic.

 

By winning this bid for the 2007 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor, the winning bidder hereby agrees to the following Hold Harmless Agreement:

It is understood and agreed that the Winning Bidder is: 1) Not an employee of the Ready Response USA, Inc. DBA Princeton Junction Emergency Services 2) The Winning Bidder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Ready Response USA, Inc. DBA Princeton Junction Emergency Services, and all of its officers, agents and employees of and from any and all liability for damages for injury to person and property, including death, and against and from all suits and actions and all costs, damages and changes of whatsoever kind and nature, including attorneys’ fees to which Ready Response USA, Inc. DBA Princeton Junction Emergency Services may be put for or on account of any injury or alleged injury to person, including death, or property, resulting from the performance of Winning Bidder operations under this Contract, or by or in consequence of any neglect or omission on the part of Winning Bidder in the performance of operations under this Contract, whether such operations, or the absence thereof, be by the Winning Bidder, or anyone directly or indirectly helping the Winning Bidder. 3) Winning Bidder shall hold the Ready Response USA, Inc. DBA Princeton Junction Emergency Services harmless for damages to his equipment utilized during the term of this Contract.
