This vehicle is offered to the highest bidder in "AS IS" condition, and may be viewed by contacting Todd Kennedy at 724-548-7671, extension 217 between the hours of 8:30AM and 3:30PM, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
Removal is to be completed within 10 days of Board acceptance of bid. Payment must be in the form of a Certified Check and shall be made at the time of removal. Title transfer costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive any informalities in the bidding; and, does not provide any guarantees and/or warranties relative to the equipment being sold.
