2007 BMW 328i

The Lycoming County DA's Office is selling a used 2007 BMW 328I.  This is a forfeited vehicle so no long term history is known.  The car was previously titled in California and is now titled in Pa due to the forfeiture.    The car is in fair condition, it runs and drives (with a jump) and the transmission shifts smooth.  The engine overheats when the car sits and is left running.  It will need tires, brakes and a windshield.  There are small dents and scratches in the paint, the interior is in fair shape as shown by photo's. 

Bidders are welcome to inspect the car by appointment by calling Lt. Helm at (570) 327-7594 or Dale at (570) 326-4684.  Inspection can only be scheduled M-F 8-3.  Buyer will have 10 days to complete the sale and pick up the car unless other arrangements are made with Lt. Helm.  Successful buyer will be required to pay by certified check made out to Lycoming County DA's Office.  You will be required to complete the title transfer when the vehicle is picked up.  Non paying bidders will be reported to Municibid.
