The District will NOT provide packing, shipping, or loading assistance, nor will it provide tools, equipment, or manpower. Items must be removed within ten (10)business days of payment. Pickups are strictly by appointment only during normal business hours. If the successful bidder fails to pay for or remove the property within the specified timeframes, the District reserves the right to declare the bidder in default. The District may retain any payment made as liquidated damages and reserves the right to resell the item to the next highest bidder, scrap it, or relist it. The defaulting bidder may be blocked from future district sales. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Deer Lakes School District, its Board of Directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or injuries arising from the purchase, removal, use, or disposal of the equipment.
