Item Description
The Franklin Fire Department is looking to sell five (5) used gas powered fans. They are older than ten (10) years and have not been used in over five (5) years. They are in poor condition and have not been started in some time. The fans include the following:
1. Five (5) total gas powered fans which include = Two (2) Supervac 18 inch fans & Three (3) Tempest 21 inch fans
Please be advised that all equipment is being auctioned off in as -is condition and that there are no implied warranties or of merchantability and /or operability included with any equipment sold by the Town of Franklin. Bidder will have ten (10) business days to make payment and remove item from Town property. If no payment made in 10 business days, High bidder will forfeit their bid, then Town of Franklin will offer to second high bidder and so on. All equipment is sold as is where as no warranties expressed or guaruntees implied.
